Woodham Academy recently hosted their third Celebration Evening to congratulate and praise students for exceptional hard work and commitment to studies.
Over 400 certificates and 50 trophies have been presented to students in Years 7, 8 and 9 to recognise a variety of achievements including outstanding progress, academic achievement and 100% attendance.
Assistant head teacher Mrs Taylor said: “This is a fantastic opportunity to acknowledge all of the hard work that our students have put into their studies this academic year. It is a time when parents, students and staff can feel extremely proud of what they have achieved.
“A huge congratulations go to all students, especially those who were nominated by their teachers for individual subject awards, tutor representative awards and finally the overall Head of Learning award.”
