Newton Aycliffe-based Excelpoint has announced the hiring of a new senior software engineer, Jean Paul Bodiong, to its growing team.

With over 15 years of experience in the software sector, Bodiong will play a key role in supporting Excelpoint’s development team in building further depth and functionality into its no-code platform, focusing on future technological developments to keep the platform ahead in a highly competitive global market.

Excelpoint CEO Ian Brown said: “We are pleased to welcome Jean Paul to the Excelpoint team.

“His experience will enable him to play a key role in accelerating and achieving our product development strategy.

“With organisations increasingly realising the power of no-code, we are confident that Jean Paul will have a central role in ensuring our platform continues to provide cutting-edge functionality that enables our customers to adapt, innovate, and excel in a rapidly changing landscape.”

Excelpoint’s no-code platform enables businesses to design, build, and deploy custom applications with ease, catering to a wide range of industries and use cases.

The solution is adaptable to various business requirements, allowing organisations to achieve their unique goals while saving time and resources on development.

Excelpoint CTO John Patrick added: “Technology is at the core of our business model, and we are always looking for ways to innovate and improve our software platform and associated services.

“Hiring a talented software developer is an important step towards achieving our goals, and we are excited to welcome Jean Paul to our team. With his expertise and experience, we are confident that he will make a significant contribution to our company’s success and help us stay ahead of the competition.”

Excelpoint is continuously looking for talented and driven individuals to join its team.
