Sunderland legend Kevin Ball has spoken exclusively to Aycliffe Today about the Black Cats’ trip to Newton Aycliffe this Friday night.
Ball, the Wearside club’s new senior development coach, will bring a Sunderland XI to Moore Lane Park for an historic first-ever meeting between the two sides on Friday.
The game kicks off at 7.30pm, with admission £5 adults and £3 concessions, and fans are advised to arrive in plenty of time.
We were given exclusive access to SAFC’s Academy of Light training ground earlier today to speak to Ball about the pre-season friendly.
