PCP charity shortlisted for international Investors in People Award

September 29th, 2023 Martin Walker Community 0 comments 0

Shortlisted amongst ten charities, the Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP) is the only organisation in its category to deliver solely in the North-East.

IIP celebrate and recognise organisations around the world that strive to develop their people. PCP holds gold accreditation standard from IIP, which reflects how it leads, supports and develops its workforce.

Sandra Roberts, governance and development manager said: “We are over the moon to receive more positive news about our IIP status.

“PCP recently sustained its IIP gold status, showing that our passion for health and wellbeing doesn’t stop at the communities we support – we also offer excellent employee experience.

“The IIP has shortlisted ten charities in the category for Third Sector Employer of the Year, many of which are national and international based employers, so it’s rewarding for the PCP team, a regional charity, be shortlisted and recognised for its commitment to offering a great place to work.”

The IIP Awards will take place on Tuesday, November 14, with awarding categories celebrating organisations with employees from 2-250+ across the UK and internationally.

Over 50,000 organisations are accredited by IIP, with only 17% of those achieving gold status like PCP.
