Residents in County Durham are reminded that there are no changes to bin collections during the May bank holiday weeks.
All bin collections in the county will remain as usual during the weeks of Monday 4th May and Monday 25th May.
Householders are asked to put their bins out near the kerbside by 7.00am on their usual day.
This applies to refuse and recycling bins and also to garden waste collections for those who have subscribed to this service.
Residents can find out their collection details by entering their house number and postcode into ‘My Durham’ at www.durham.gov.uk or by calling 03000 261 000.
