Greenfield Arts are busy bringing together an exciting programme for 2019 and are introducing a range of new sessions where you can learn new skills, improve fitness and well-being or simply join a friendly class to warm up those winter months.
As part of the programme, on Monday October 29 Greenfield Arts will be hosting a ‘Laughter Yoga’ taster session. It runs from 7-8pm and costs £5.
The session is full of playful activities and waves of laughter to boost your mood, reduce stress and release happy hormones.
