Get cracking with free Easter activities at Greenfield Arts

March 7th, 2018 Martin Walker Community 0 comments 0

Greenfield Arts are offering a fun packed programme of FREE activities for young people over the Easter holidays.

Popular favourites such as ‘Crazy Crafts’ and ‘Arts Foraging’ are just some of the activities on offer this spring.

The courses are family focused and suitable for all ages, although children under 8 should be accompanied by an adult.

Talented tutor Dawn Belshaw will be on hand at our Shildon venue to help you work your magic in the ‘Crazy Crafts’ session, making good use of unwanted everyday materials to make something very special to take home with you.

The popular ‘Arts Foraging’ offers the chance for families to get to know their local area together, exploring memories and collecting items, which will be used to create an unforgettable installation.

Budding artists will be able to work with illustrator Sharron Bates to create a piece of artwork, which will take centre stage in our upcoming exhibition open to the public, in the special ‘Gallery Encounters’ session.

You can now book via the website using a simple online form at www.greenfield-arts or contact the team on 01325 379048 for further information.
