Metafit4

Free metafit sessions are being offered at the Durham County Council-run leisure centre in Newton Aycliffe until Sunday (July 7).

The high intensity exercise classes are taking place at Aycliffe Leisre Centre, as well as at Freeman’s Quay, Chester-le-Street, Abbey, Meadowfield, Riverside, Teesdale, Woodhouse Close, Spennymoor, and Shildon-Sunnydale leisure centres.

Weekly sessions are programmed in across the leisure centres to fit in with people’s busy lives, including early morning, lunchtime and evening sessions.

Staff performed a demonstration of the workout on Saturday in Durham Market Place to give people chance to find out more about it and encourage people to sign up for classes.
