Football: Aycliffe hope to continue unbeaten run at home to Ashington

November 17th, 2015 Martin Walker NAFC 0 comments 0

Newton Aycliffe are hoping to stretch their impressive unbeaten league record at home to Ashington on Tuesday night.

The Newtonians climbed up to seventh in the Ebac Northern League with a 2-0 win at West Auckland Town on Saturday, thanks to goals by Paul Garthwaite and John Campbell.

Aycliffe are due to travel to Colne in the second round of the FA Vase this weekend, followed by a local deby away to Shildon on 28th November.
