Wellbeing workshops at Greenfield Arts

October 12th, 2020 Martin Walker Community 0 comments 0

Greenfield Arts will welcome back wellbeing practitioner Leigh Johnson as part of a phased return at Greenfield Arts.

Leigh will be leading two brand new workshops as part of our autumn programme and will be on hand to guide and support you in these mind and body sessions.

The sessions will run on Wednesday, October 21, and Wednesday, October 28, from 5.45-7.15pm, and form part of a wider programme that brings about positive change and possibilities.

The sessions include Yoga for a healthy spine and Yoga to boost your immune system, two relaxing sessions to help you get in touch with your body. The cost is £7 per session.

There are just a few places left as numbers reflect the safe environment on offer, and participants are advised to take their own mat, while cleaning and safety measures are in place.

Visit the Greenfield Arts website to find out more and to book your place or call 01325 379048.
