Newton Aycliffe Junior Football Club U7’s team have recently received their new kits thanks to new sponsor Premier League Players.
The lengthy application to apply for the sponsorship was done by the club’s sponsorship officer Tina Greaves, who had to convince the sponsors why they deserved new kits and equipment.
The Under-7s coach, Jack Slatcher, is only 18 and has shown commitment and dedication to the development of players. He has also achieved his level 1 coaching, referee badge and is currently studying sports science at university.
Alongside the team receiving their kits Jack also received match balls, kit bags, cones and bibs.
All these will help jack to carry on training the teams to the high standards that he currently uses.
The previous U7 team strips are being utilised by the development team, this is a team that helps 4-7-year-olds develop their football skills.
