Michael Apted returns to host the hit Granada documentary as we meet up with the group that were first shown nearly 50 years ago, when they were just 7 years old. Now into their mid-50s the participants look back on their life so far: discussing how it feels to be getting older, whether they have achieved what they wanted to and what the future holds.

The courtroom drama, starring Maxine Peake and Rupert Penry-Jones, returns for a second series this week. With Barrister Martha Costello now a QC, the case are a bigger than ever before with the stakes even higher. She finds this out straight away this week – how will she cope?

Sex, Lies and Rinsing Guys: Tuesday 10pm, Channel 4.
Interesting documentary which follows three women (Danica, Hollie and Jeanette) who manipulate men for financial gain and their own needs. The girls will showcase their tactics in doing this: which includes using social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter.

Lewis: Wednesday 8pm, ITV1.
Lewis and Hathaway are back on the case for a new series of Lewis, which sees Celia Imrie and James Fleet guest star this week. The case this week revolves around the body of a recently buried professor who had been trying, earnestly, to solve a seemingly impossible riddle by Lewis Carroll.

The Hoarder Next Door: Thursday 9pm, Channel 4.
This week sees Stelios Kiosses help a couple in Somerset who are struggling to use their kitchen after collecting clutter for the last eight years. Meanwhile, in Blackburn, the psychotherapist helps a woman who insists on holding onto all of her children’s clothes and toys from years gone by.

Soap Watch:
Coronation Street sees Nick manage to persuade Kylie to return home after spotting her working in a lap-dancing club this week. But he is set to get himself into trouble when Eva reads a message from Kylie to Nick thanking him for last night.
In Emmerdale, Robbie tells Megan that he never wants to see her again after questioning why she gave him up for adoption. Megan is in a tearful state of shock, so Declan steps in and tries to persuade Robbie to give his Mum another chance.
Eastenders sees a disturbed Ben confess to Ian that he killed Heather after growing worried about a constantly drunk Phil. What will Ian do?
