Sponsors confirmed as 65 nominations received for Make Your Mark event

February 22nd, 2017 Martin Walker Business 0 comments 0

A total of 65 nominations involving 37 different companies on Aycliffe Business Park have been received for the third annual Make Your Mark awards event.

Aycliffe Business Park Community (ABPC) also secured sponsorship for all 11 awards for the glittering black tie do, due to be held at the Xcel Centre on Wednesday March 1.

Crafter’s Companion, Gestamp Tallent, Finley Structures, SCH Site Services, Ebac, the Xcel Centre, Business Durham, Endeavour Partnership, Star Radio, South Durham Enterprise Agency, NBSL and the Department for International Trade have all backed the business awards event with sponsorship.

A panel of judges – consisting of John Clare (Aycliffe Town and Durham County councillor), Steven Hugill (Northern Echo business editor), Tom Dower (UTC South Durham), Steven Robson (South Durham Enterprise Agency), John Parnell (Business Durham) and Kerina Clark (ABPC) – were this week deciding on the award shortlists and winners.

• Tickets for the evening itself have been subsidised to make them affordable for all, and they’re priced just £29.95 each, which are available from www.aycliffeawards.co.uk or by emailing [email protected]
