POLICE PROBE BIKE THEFTS

Newton Aycliffe police are probing two bike thefts on the town.

The bike pictured above stolen from the garden of a property in Osric Place, between 5pm and 8pm on 2nd February.

If anybody has any information, please call the Aycliffe Neighbourhood Policing Team on 101, or message them on Facebook.

Meanwhile, a red men’s Ideal mountain bike has been stolen from a shed on Lightfoot Road, some time between 5pm on Wednesday 5th February and 11am on Friday 7th February.

If anybody has any information please contact us on telephone number 101 or by sending a private message on Facebook, quoting reference DHM-07022014-0155.
