PCP’s Becky is winner at Investors in People awards

December 5th, 2019 Martin Walker Community 0 comments 0

The Pioneering Care Partnership’s Becky Gustard has been crowned the Community Employee of the Year at the 2019 Investors in People Awards.

The award aims to recognise someone who isn’t necessarily in a senior position but works just as hard as any leader, inspiring colleagues to be the very best they can be on a daily basis and rewards a person who is truly valued by those they work with.

Becky was thrilled to be nominated, elated to become a finalised and overwhelmed to be the overall winner at the ceremony held in London.

PCP chief executive Carol Gaskarth said: “Not only is Becky PCP’s longest serving employee, she is highly regarded by everyone she works with.

“I had absolutely no hesitation in nominating Becky for the sheer breadth of her passion, enthusiasm and her willingness to help others which, along with her PCP career journey, is truly remarkable.

“Whilst her role is mainly back-office Becky loves to see the difference that PCP makes in communities.

“She always attends the AGM and truly values the work we all do. Becky is motivated by PCP’s mission and often moved to tears with the stories of personal success and the journey of our clients.

“Becky being crowned the winner in the Community Employee of Year category of The Investors in People Awards 2019 is a fantastic achievement and something everyone at PCP is really proud of.”
