PCP supports Hydration and Nutrition Week 2020

Local wellbeing charity Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP) will be supporting the global health campaign for Hydration and Nutrition week this March.

The Pioneering Care Centre ‘Garden Kitchen’ coffee shop is open Monday to Friday from 9.30am until 3:00pm and Saturday mornings serving delicious and nutritious breakfast, lunches and light snacks.

The breakfast menu throughout the week will include porridge, fresh fruit, yogurts and English breakfast. The light lunch menu, offers a tempting range of wraps, sandwiches, soup, omelettes, jacket potatoes and fresh salads, whilst the ever popular Wednesday special will be ham with poached egg served with new potatoes. Finally fish & chip Friday’s treat is steamed smoked cod or haddock with fresh vegetables.

Hydration and Nutrition week runs from 16th until 22nd March 2020 and aims to highlight and support people to understand the benefits of a range of food and drink in maintaining everyday health and wellbeing. So why not join us at the Pioneering Care Centre, pop in during Hydration and Nutrition week to enjoy a tasty meal and refreshing drink in a relaxed and friendly environment.
