Opportunity to sponsor 2021 businesswomen awards

May 21st, 2021 Martin Walker Business 0 comments 0

Companies on Aycliffe Business Park now have an opportunity to hugely boost their profile across the Tees Valley region with a groundbreaking awards event.

The fourth annual Tees Businesswomen Awards will be held in Hardwick Hall’s Grand Marquee on September 27 this year.

The event was created by Aycliffe Business’ sister publication Tees Business, co-owned by Aycliffe Today editor Martin Walker, in 2018.

More than 280 people attended the inaugural event and then 450 attended the 2019 awards ceremony in 2019.

Last year’s event was forced to go virtual, with Crafter’s Companion founder Sara Davies delivering a keynote speech to thousands of people watching online.

Now organisers are hoping to have more than 500 people at this year’s event, which will be held in Hardwick’s marquee that can accommodate more than 1,000 sitting guests.

And a range of sponsorship opportunities are now available, offering huge PR and profile opportunities to businesses not limited to the Tees Valley region.

The category sponsorship package includes extensive pre- and post-event coverage in print and online, branding of all event marketing material, presentation of the award and a short speech on the night – as well as, of course, a table of 10 with reception drinks, three-course meal and table wine.

An article on all category sponsors will be published in the summer issue of Tees Business as well as online and promoted to thousands of online readers through Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram.

Tees Business executive editor and director Walker, who owns Aycliffe Today publishers Mantis Media, said: “The category sponsorship offers a unique package which represents excellent value for money.

“Not only does it give you coverage and PR in print and online – before and after the event – it’s also a fantastic opportunity to raise your company’s profile to the leading movers and shakers of the Tees business community.

“The awards ceremony itself is also a great chance to either entertain key clients or prospective customers, or reward staff with a cracking night out!”

A full media pack for the 2021 Tees Businesswomen Awards can be downloaded here.

Businesses interested in any of the sponsorship packages can call Martin Walker on 07826 525907 or email [email protected].
