New office space available this summer!

June 18th, 2021 Martin Walker Business 0 comments 0

The Work Place business support co-ordinator Julie Turnbull reveals the benefits of joining a thriving business hub in Aycliffe…

The team at The Work Place are delighted that an opportunity has come up to join our thriving business hub this summer.

For many years, office space at The Work Place has been highly sought after, and a waiting list to acquire it has always been in operation, with demand ranging from one person businesses upwards.

There are currently 11 tenants based at the centre which promotes a great business community vibe.

These include Baltic Recruitment, BritGrocer, Durham Secondary Schools Centered Initial Teacher Training Programme (SCITT), Excelpoint, Patrick Lonergan Recruitment, Pioneering Care Partnership’s ROAD Team, Terabyte, The Emotional Intelligence Company, Unity Foster Care, Warrens Group and Wildon Estates.

The businesses use their space in a variety of ways, such as training space, for interviews and meetings, staffing and simply as a base to work around the North-East.

Many of our tenants also benefit from referring work to one another.

The opportunity to refurbish old space into three new office spaces, ranging in size, has now come up, and we’re hoping to encourage more businesses to join our community.

We have three types of space available, including 140 sqm (with option to subdivide), 74 sqm and 16 sqm. Reasonably priced, the cost includes all utilities, security and maintenance as well as a full reception service, making it a very attractive offer to make a home for your business.

For more information or to discuss further, call business manager Angela Wilkinson on 01325 375900 or email [email protected].
