Michaela joins PWS as customer engagement manager

March 22nd, 2018 Martin Walker Business 0 comments 0

Newton Aycliffe-based PWS, one of the UK’s leading distributors of kitchen components, has added another addition to its marketing department.

Michaela Hanna joins the Aycliffe Business Park company as customer engagement manager to drive new opportunities and create value through client engagement across the business.

In addition to creating a wide-ranging programme of activity from training workshops through to retailer events, Michaela will also play a key role in optimising the use of PWS’ state-of-the-art design centres in Aycliffe and Slough.

With over seven years event management and relationship development experience, five of which were gained in her previous role at Help for Heroes, Michaela is no stranger to PWS, having orchestrated the award-winning Blood, Sweat and Gears fundraising bike ride across South Africa in 2016.

“Having worked closely with PWS for many years, I’m thrilled to have been given the opportunity to join the team, to develop an inspiring and purposeful engagement programme and strengthen customer relations throughout the industry,” said Michaela.

PWS group marketing director Aidan Jackson added: “We’re delighted to welcome Michaela to our marketing team.

“This appointment reaffirms our continued investment, especially within our state of the art design centres, and our long-term strategy to position ourselves as the market leader in our industry.”
