MAN CHARGED WITH TESCO THEFT

A Bishop Auckland man is set to appear in court charged with stealing from Newton Aycliffe’s Tesco store.

The 25-year-old has been charged with theft, two attempts of theft and going equipped to steal as he targeted the Tesco stores in both Aycliffe and Bishop, on 16th and 22nd April.

“He’s been bailed to court, with conditions not to enter any retail premises in Newton Aycliffe and Bishop Auckland,” said a police statement.

    he had most likely been through to aycliffe for his methadone fix which we distribute to people from darlington & bishop
