Evergreen group enjoying twilight years at Greenfield

March 30th, 2022 Martin Walker Community 0 comments 0

Greenfield Arts host a number of groups and organisations in their creative spaces, with their crafts developing over time.

Musical group EverGreen have been regulars at Greenfield Arts for over three years, creating their own style and brand of music while improving their skills.

Guided by musician and songwriter John Melvin, group members are looking to take the next step and offer a live performance.

A recent recording session has given them the confidence to entertain others and share an evening of their favourite songs.

“It’s great to see the band enjoying themselves and the sound of music in the centre is always welcome,” said a Greenfield Arts statement.

“The band are looking forward to performing and welcome guests to enjoy the evening.”

Evergeen’s performance will take place on April 11, 7pm, and is free of charge (with an option to donate to charity).
