Eden Field development opens doors to the public

August 16th, 2016 Martin Walker News 0 comments 0

The very first housing development from County Durham-based Chapter Homes will open its doors to the public this weekend with the launch of its brand new show homes.

On Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st August, Eden Field in Newton Aycliffe will be open for viewings from 10am until 4pm, allowing members of the public to take a first look at the homes on site.

The open weekend will be great fun for all the family, with children’s games and family activities from 11am–1pm on Saturday.

There will also be a prize draw and complimentary drinks and nibbles available to visitors throughout the weekend.

Richard Roddam, chief development officer at Chapter Homes, said: “We’re very excited to finally be able to welcome people into our show homes and reveal the hard work of our team.

“This is the first development by Chapter Homes and we are very proud of the stylish, quality homes that are now available. We know that this weekend will be a great way to begin Eden Field’s next chapter.”

The Chapter Homes team will be on site all weekend, welcoming families into the homes and helping buyers to pick their plot. Three of the eight different house types will be open for viewing – the Desmene, the Mason (pictured above) and the Cuthbert.

For any potential buyers, exclusive offers of £250 towards carpets for their new home, a bottle of Prosecco and a £99 reservation fee will be available to those making a reservation this weekend only (T&Cs apply).

Chapter Homes was formed in 2015, with the aim to meet the need for high quality homes in the area, to bring new jobs to the region and to boost the local economy.

Work started on Eden Field in April 2016 and homes will be ready for the first buyers to move in at the start of September.

The development houses 125 quality two, three and four bedroom homes, all with driveway parking and good sized gardens.
