Dutch colleagues visit Greenfield Arts

October 23rd, 2015 Martin Walker Community 0 comments 0

Greenfield Arts were excited to host a visit from the Netherlands recently for colleagues there to see its Room 13 School in the Cloud.

The school worked with summer school students from the Aycliffe Site and Sunnydale Campus from Greenfield Community College to explore the big question “what makes us human?”.

The visitors were impressed with the self-organised learning and the feedback from the groups was really interesting.

The year 7’s then did some evaluation and reflection of their first few weeks at Greenfield Community College and celebrated the great things about Greenfield with our visitors.

“We will be taking part in a National Conference in January in the Netherlands to share our work with educators from across the country there and to share our findings from our international educational research,” said the school.
