Teesside University-led initiative, DigitalCity, has launched a fully funded Digital Essentials workshop series to support the growth of SMEs across the Tees Valley region.
Determined to give local businesses the best chance of achieving success in the digital future, the DigitalCity team has joined forces with industry experts to deliver short training sessions on a range of key tech topics.
The workshops will be delivered online from September 28, with the exception of Mobile App Development which will take place across two-days, in person at Middlesbrough’s Boho Five, with digital specialists from the SME Centre of Excellence.
Other delivery partners include award-winning software developers, Sapere, who will equip business leaders and managers on setting up a successful e-commerce website, exploring off-the-shelf software solutions and simplifying systems integration.
Marketing guru Pascal Fintoni will share his unrivalled knowledge of digital and content marketing to help businesses get more results from their online activities, with a particular focus on content creation for websites, social media, and SEO.
There is a also a session on understanding what digital customers really want by gathering useful customer intelligence and data.
