COPS PROBE AYCLIFFE BURGLARY

Newton Aycliffe police are investigating a burglary in the town at the weekend.

Between 11.20am and 12.30pm on Saturday, the burglary took place in Paulinas Road.

The suspect made off down a footpath leading in to Bruce Road and is believed to have headed in the direction of Lightfoot Road.
