Community Association’s thanks for £100 donation

March 29th, 2019 Martin Walker Community 0 comments 0

Horndale Community Association would like to thank Mandy, John, Staff and their patrons for their continued support.

The group was handed a cheque for £100 which will be used to subsidise the group’s trip to Lightwater Valley in April.

Chair Philip Clark said: “We would also like to thank Tesco for their support, they have donated gift cards which we will use as raffle prizes on our coach trips.

“We appreciate all the support we receive which assists us to deliver trips and events for the residents of Newton Aycliffe.”

Horndale’s next meeting is on Wednesday (April 3) at Greenfield Arts Centre starting at 6pm with refreshments at 5.45pm.

Local councillors will be in attendance and hopefully representatives from Livin and local Police beat team where you can discuss any issues or ideas you may have.
