A family from Newton Aycliffe could not be happier after they were able to secure their dream new home thanks to leading housebuilder Miller Homes.

Thirty-five year-old Gary Beswick, his wife Wendy and their six-year-old son Aaron found their five-bedroom Stratford home at Cobblers Hall in Newton Aycliffe after discovering how much they admired the picturesque development from Miller Homes whilst out on a family walk.

Miller Homes’ sales adviser Audra Patterson said: “The Beswick family initially visited Cobblers Hall just to have a look around but whilst exploring The Stratford showhome they fell in love with its light and airy feel and knew they’d found their perfect family home.

“Gary and Wendy were able to take advantage of Miller’s Home Exchange scheme which allowed them to move into their new home at Cobblers Hall quickly and easily.”

Gary, who works part-time as an assistant referee for the Barclays Premier League, said: “After passing Cobblers Hall on a walk one day we really liked the appearance of the homes so we decided to call in and have a look around.

“The development is an ideal location for us as it’s close to local amenities and transport links whilst being in a very peaceful and quiet area of Newton Aycliffe. After viewing The Stratford and finding out about the help we could get to sell our old property from Miller’s Home Exchange scheme we put a deposit down, and we’d have to say it’s the best thing we’ve ever done.

“We love our new home and couldn’t be happier with the service we received so we’d certainly recommend Miller Homes to any of our friends or family looking to move.”

Miller Homes offers a range of incentives designed to help people to make the move they need. This includes offering the 95% mortgage scheme NewBuy* with its Home Exchange scheme. This means that those interested in a new Miller home but who need to sell their existing property first would have a guaranteed buyer through Miller Homes and only need a 5% deposit to purchase their new home using the government-backed incentive scheme NewBuy*.

For more information on developments located across the North East from Miller Homes, or any of its purchase incentive schemes, house hunters should visit www.millerhomes.co.uk.
