AYCLIFFE GIRL OPENS NEW SHOP

September 27th, 2012 Martin Walker Business, News 0 comments 0

By Martin Walker

A Newton Aycliffe girl has opened an exciting new shop which offers designer discounts!

Melanie Davies, originally from Aycliffe, has opened a Dress Agency on Church Street in Shildon.

The shop is called Jean Eleanor’s, named after Melanie’s grandmother – “a lady who has always had a great sense of style!” – and was officially opened by Shildon Mayor Brian Stoker (pictured above).

Melanie said: “We offer ‘as new’ quality designer high fashion items to customers at a fraction of the cost you would pay for them new.

“Customers are invited to bring their gently used designer items to the shop for re-sale – and when their items sell, they get 50% of the sale price!

“Neil Pearson from South Durham Enterprise Agency has been supporting Melanie through the set up process of her new business venture.”

Jean Eleanors Dress Agency can be contacted on 07955 512943.
