The first team won a very exciting game by just two wickets away at Middlesbrough seconds thanks to an extraordinary performance by Luke Telford (sponsored by Dean & Tina Greaves, pictured above).

Firstly all rounder Telford bowled a marathon 15 overs when the home side batted, finishing with two for 54 and then when Aycliffe replied, he opened the innings and carried his bat for a remarkable match-winning 123 not out from 140 balls faced, and in the process hit 20 boundaries.
It was Luke’s first century of his career, surpassing his previous highest score of 99 against Maltby in 2019.
